No offense. I like the fact that you can purchase the upper by itsself and slap it on the M-16/AR-15 lower. The 4.68mm round is larger than the 5.56mm(.223 REM) and smaller than the 7.76mm(.308), which makes for a nice mix.
Since the firearm laws are based on the lower, its all good. Sorry if
