I had a chance to see this bug once. Since I barely made 1.5 career with OLC GOLD.
I'm whole into map making on stock SH3 these days
Managed to make as huge map as SH3 engine allows of Operation Overlord.
I'll do that test with Vsync enabled on my next career and if something goes wrong I'll make it visible in this thread
