Diving in general when avoiding planes:
1) CRASH IMMEDIATELY - don't
even think about, just do it.
2) Post the AA on At Will, just in case.
3) Set depth to 162, 163 feet.
4) Don't manever until you're 140 feet or so - turning cramps your forward speed and rate of descent.
5) Throttle back when you bottom out.
