This is on CNN (so we can't be sure of the accuracy) but at this is now from two news sources (Which does not necessarily mean much these days)

"American actor David Carradine has been found dead, hanging by a nylon rope in a hotel room closet in Bangkok, Thailand, according a Thai police official."

If true, it would indicate suicide.
