I spend a month with email going back and forth to their support (a week after that Ziff Davis/Original Founders takeover stuff) telling explicitly that the notice never came through, and my deletion queue was empty all the time. Then they respond I can select my qeued files from being deleted going to some link in the email they sent.

After they managed to understand the issue they said they are working on the issue. The next deletion que warning did come through to me. But the one after itr didn't. The biggest files were gone once again without notice.

Thank god for Neal's download feature. Oh wait, Thank Neal!!!! Or is he one and the same???
