The measely 40 bucks I spent on the title is of no consideration for me...even if I did not like the sim. As it turned out the sim is a bargain compared to some other titles I have purchased , messed around with for a day or two, then tossed aside forever.
AS far as community nit-picking......that doesn't bother me. That's the way problems are identified then mods, patches, possiblly even an expansion pack made to correct them.
Take the Il2 series. Over there,in that
unmodable world, it is considered blasphemous to even realize there is a problem and mention it publicly. If one does.... the community goes absolutlety nuts and there is even one dopey moderator with a stock answer.....before the thread is locked...that you should learn programming and write your own code.
...write my own code?????...like I really cut my own lawn or change my own oil.....there are folks that have to do things like that in order to earn a living....sheeesh.
SHIII has been pretty much what I would guess is the vast majority of us hoped it would be.
