Love to try a wolf pack with other real person players. It will be nicer if someone can figure out a way to have a real person controlling the convoy and escort groups (and air assets as well). Otherwise, it won't be a equal fight.

This is what I would like to see:

The player who play the allies will try to move 1 fast (9-12 knots) and 1 slow (5-9 knots) in-bound convoys (Halifax-Clyde or Iceland-Murmansk), and 1 each out-bound. All four convoys will have 4 or 6 DDs with limited fuel and DC load out. In addition, 4-6 spare DD's can replace any DD out of fuel or AMMO (mid-atlantic support group). In addition, there will be 1 escort group with one CVE and 4 DDs available to support any of the four convoys as needed. Land-bases air assets can also be called.

On the Axis side, the game will start with 6-12 uboats (VIIB/VIIC/IXB/IXC) forming a patrol line trying to intercept one or more of the 4 convoys. B-Dneist will give the departure date while the uboats are in mid-Atlantic. Some of this uboats can be played by AI as weather/picket boats, if there are not enough real players.

The game will end when the last slow convoy reaches port. I envision a game like this taking a month or 2 in real time to be played by 7-10 players.

BTW, I also have a detail proposal for a future SH-style game will be an online game pitting one/or 2 players on the allies side against numerous uboat players that could effect the outcome of the war (based on war theaters, campaigns, and civil morale). All I need to do is to fiqure out how time compression will work in such a game.

Other than that, tell me where to sign up for any multi-player game now.
