I was poking fun at my own ignorance more than anything... thought I made that clear
but I guess it just goes to show you can't be too careful!
Back on topic, I'm fascinated by the various accounts of the toughness of aircraft carriers... quite amazing really!
Given what's been said, it does sound like one DD alone would have quite a task on it's hands.
