I've tried several hexadecimal variations (
not the ones above, but others I've seen in the .ini file) to no effect. I assumed the ones I tried previously were other colors as I found them on the color lines for other items in the .ini.
But, as they had no effect... who knows what they were. Many many thank-you's for this list above!
I spent frickin' hours online trying to find a list like this or a converter to no avail. I thought I'd find like a color-to-hex or hex-to-color converter relatively easily, but I guess my search skills blow.
Now to test: I will plug in an orange and hope to... Neptune?
That it changes the text form the default black. if it doesn't then I have to assume I need to change something else
somewhere else in the .ini.
But at least I now have known hex values for certain colors.

BLAST!: no success. Just changing the color lines has no effect. At least I got some Hex color data so thanks again danlisa.
I will now attempt Webster's suggestion of changing Font 19 (i.e. Agency_16) and hope it doesn't mess up other stuff in the process. It's used about 48 times and I only need to change about 6 values lol.
BLAST!: no success. I didn't think changing the .tga would work as I think the color is controlled from the .ini. I must be editing the wrong lines.
