Usually you can contact companies through tech support, even if they can't help you directly they could point you in the right direction. IF you manage to keep it civil; firing off hate-mail gets you nowhere. Persuade them you are a reasonable person, and they will respond in kind. Call them retarded ***-monkeys and they will shut door, wouldn't you?
