a question for the (sound)modding guys
WHAT IS THIS FILE AND WHAT DOES IT?
i had a CTD

after enabling the Das Boot Sound Mod in sh3 with GWX 3.0 Gold
(mod worked perfect by the way beautiful immersion and realism added)
