This was way back in February, search up "Kuwait, professor, anthrax", and you'll get 30,000 results of the same thing. I do believe we've already had a thread on this, as I don't think this is the type of thing that would slip under your radar.
Also, don't be paranoid. I would think that terrorists would have better things to do than to visit a right-wing forum about submarine games, much less post frequently on one.
