Still, I'd give the driver a try first. If it doesn't work, try an add-in card. But that requires a driver too.

New card should have a disc for driver was my second thought. There is always a first for everything. After my last computer shutting down constantly for not reason experience I leave nothing unturned. Weeks of trying this and that. New drivers, etc. My computer would just say, 'Windows is shutting down". As a last straw, I replaced the stupid on/off button on the case

. That was the cause...a stupid .99 cent on/off button.

I went and got a new case with on/off button. No problems since
