Welcome to Susbim.

Check to see if you have the K-Lite Codec pack installed, if so follow these instructions:

1) Start
2) All Programs
3) K-Lite Codec Pack
4) Configuration
5) Codec Tweak Tool
6) Disable the ffdshow filter

That'll fix it.
