Not sure if and where this has been done before,but some of us (me included) like to make accurate patrol logs on paper as we play the game,and i've even started printing some of mine off,to make my own sort of war diary
But...I think it would be even better if we had a place to do it here,and share them with those that are interested in technical data etc.

I managed to create an accurate account of the final stages of my recent patrol in my post 'tell us what you are upto in your current campaign',and it may be a good idea to divert that to this new section,so it doesnt flood that post with information others may not be interested in.
Sound like a good idea?
