Thanks for the replies. One thing to mention though, the icon I'm looking for is the one that puts your own ship on the navmap, not the orange marker on the external camera. That icon is useless to me because I always have External switched off. It's not a big deal really, I can still function without it. It'd just be nice to have it so I can be a little bit lazy about calculating my location on the map.
The funny thing is the actual reason I have the External switched off. I've never been one to enjoy really deep water and when I watch my targets sink or observe my boat while it's underwater, I tend to feel a little queasy.
Does that happen to anybody else? Or did I just provide some ammunition for others to make fun of.
