Honestly, with the deals that are out there right now, go ahead- bite the bullet and get the add-on.

Yes, 1.5= Uboat addon.

Realize though that there's much more to it then just U-boats- there's a TON of UI improvements and other tweaks in that patch.

What I did when I got the 1.5 patch was completely disabled all mods in JGSME, brought it all back to stock, then uninstalled JGSME, installed the update, then installed JGSME again and reinserted the compatible mods.

Worked like a charm.
