I think there is a mod that change thos "tension" voices.
I think it fixed the issue when you was on silent running and your crew was supposed to be quiet but when they got "nervous" they started to shout. Like
yes sir, new depth 56 meters.
and the nervous guy:
Yes sir, new depth 56 meters.
Ops i think the destroyer heard us sir.
