The fix is to remove RFB 1.52 from activation in JSGME. Go into the RFB Data/Menu/Cfg folder and remove the file Maps.cfg from the folder (or simply rename the file to something like "RFB_maps.cfg").
Of course this will cause the maps to be displayed as the stock game. But, your really not missing any features except to have the "SymbolZoom=15" changed back to the stock "SymbolZoom=10", no big deal. If you want, you can manually change this parameter for both the Nav map and the Attack map. Use notepad to type in the change and "save" the file before exiting.
The stock zoom levels will prevent the harbor docks from slipping about like their on ice and the positions are a bit more centered. This has been an issue for quite some time, the point is sometimes it's better to leave good enough alone.
