not the
*.wav files in 'Sound' folder are the culprits but the
*.ogg files in
Speech_En\* or
Speech\* folders...
* = 1 - 9

I'm afraid you have to check them all because you'll always get a CTD in future when SH3 takes access to these files.
I think they were introduced by some mod...?
