Are you running any other mods? I run RFB/RSRDC,and once you get to 2 torpedoes,I believe,HQ will not give you any more orders,so you may either return to base and end patrol,or,as I sometimes do, head to the nearest base and refit,and return to the location of my previous mission,and send another status report to get new orders.
