Seems like (before all the neat-o MODS), when you went to silent running, all repeated orders were given in a 'loud whisper'. There are 9 OOG files related to each command. If you get into the 'data\sound\speech\1-9' folder, you can play each one of the related sounds with GoldWave (shareware GOTO
www.goldwave.com). Windows Media Player doesn't understand OOG files. I haven't taken the trouble to see if the older 'whispered' sounds are still there.
