Your node 'Single_55inch_IJN_breech' which has the 3D model in it for the barrel has only one set of texture coordinates, so it will only use the diffuse texture. You need to export the barrel and then also save the AO map co-ordinates for the barrel as a -uv2.uvw file, or as an obj file, the same way you must have done for your double gun.
