I made the occlusion map for the barrel of my 5.5 inch deck gun in 3ds, there it looks ok.
I then transform it from TGA to dds using photoshop cs3.
I then load up the model in the .dat, link it to the texture node which points to a T01 file for the texture and a 001 file with the occlusion map.
the same is true for the base of the gun.
the base gets both texture and occlusion maps loaded,
the barrel does not
I tried cloning the working double barrel dg and replacing all the relevant filenames with those of the single and remapping ids to no avail.
As you can see on the IJN campaign thread, the double DG has both texture and AO map showing, the single just won't !
