Your best chance to ask for online gamers for TvT or SF is the lighthouse forum - if they are still there. Attempts to form a subsim virtual squad seem to have died down 3 months ago. If somebody knows it better, let me know!
SimHQ also maybe is a chance. It has been a few weeks since I last visited these places, but activity was low back then.
