Well not that I can think of. Going a bit OT here, it makes me sad how much potential is wasted with the various fast food places, especially the huge corporations like McDonald's etc., that could actually serve some pretty good food but don't.
Last fast food item I bought from a big chain was a chicken salad from McD, 6,40 e here in Finland. It came with the Ceasar salad in a little plastic bag, I didn't use it because it's nothing but fat & sugar. The salad was ok. Usually I go for a kebab or vietnamese.
Edit. If you non-Finns want to try something interesting in the bread department, I'd recommend Finnish-style rye bread. It's good and healthy.
