The guy could have probably sold the gun a gun shop for about the same amount he robbed. Instead, he endangers his life, clerks life and daughters life.
Then again, he goes to jail and she goes to a foster home. At least she can eat and have a roof over her head. Man behind bars and a gun off the streets.
