ok I'm trying to understand something about this new world!

now in the folder C: \ Programs \ Ubisoft \ SilentHunterIII \ data \ Sea I opened the folder NBB_Nelson inside through S3editor I opened Nelson.val and now I can see what is inside .... if I click on wake I see ...
but now what do I do? where do I change the parameters?
