It modifies the cursor graphics of the line tool to allow you to draw lines along all kinds of bearings. Also to certain ranges, but since the line tool allready shows numbers I don't see why he (Moose) bothers.

I don't know who made those 'reversed bearing'-scales. But I think every big mod has them as standard. (I made it from OLC Gui/GWX2.1 files) What I did was modify it to use with all mousetools that has some sort of line in them, instead of just the line tool. It's JSGME compatible. But let me know if it works in stock Sh3 too.
