i believe the scripted events were mentioned in the manual, i havent tried to go to D-Day to get some kills yet.(still in 1939 with my carreer).
in another carreer i did try to cross the suez canal, but the british destroyers were a pain in the ***

i got depthcharged before i could enter it.
This was while using GWX, in stock sh3 it isnt scripted i think.
