I don't know if RSM actually extracts the RAR files from the downloads. I think that it is a Radio Station Management program and that the Radio Stations have to be installed first using a RAR extractor such as WINRAR or other RAR extraction program.
Perhaps you can ask Digital Trucker if his program extracts the RAR.

Anyone?
