thanks guys for the response i just found them
well i did everything you guys explained before i read this only i had no back-up cous i was making a fresh install so the back-up was already gone
but i manually deleted everything from the register that had remotly connections with SH4. and it still doesn't work i found out that the couse is the V1.5 add-on it didn't unstalled correct i think and now my PC thinks it's still installed which it ain't. i also cannot find anywhere in the registry's anymore couse i deleted it all
but i still get that same message that SH4 cannot be installed because there is a V1.5 installed already. And that completes the circle i'm in atm. the funny part is wenn i get that message i get an option which i should click to uninstall that but wenn you click it i get an error. So i need to wait a few more months at least before my new and way better PC comes
