Having a problem with this mod,running 5 careers and while the recently used one's work with this mod,going back to patrol with older careers,they CTD

Just at the end of the loading bar,SH3Cmdr is set to auto roll back,but as if its stopped working and not rolling back.Every time I add a mod,the careers that are tried straight away work fine,but if I try and older career that hasn't been used for a week or so,then the dreaded CTD appears,If I remove said mod,then everything is fine

all careers are in port when mods are added and no conflict is flaged up in JSGME,this is driving me nuts!!!!

remove the mod and 3 careers work,add the mod and the other 2 work but the other 3 CTD,Can anybody help please
