The T shaped pins allow for the pinning without making holes in the wood.
Balsa wood is such fragile medium, any hole made by the pin would make the weak spot. I read a lot of articles about shaping the wood. Modellers always pin the wood on the edges.

Well the real problem (other than my anibriation) is that dad gummed super glue. Yea it cures fast and is strong but it also bonds to the wax paper

But really anibriation was the biggest issue :rotfl:

The dumas version is 30" wingspan. Ive built alot of sig kits in the past and they do a good job on RC planes, dont think Ive done any of their stick and tissue versions.
Oh and hell yes it will fly... eventually, probably right into a tree
