I put in the readme Double-click Pinups - it should be Double-click Pinmaker.

I changed the name after writing the readme and forgot to update. If you have any problems just ask.
The starting date is 1st Aug 1939 to allow for the GWX early start. I can't foresee any problems to this being installed in any SH3 version.
I'll say the obvious for the new guys - You need SH3 Commander installed to use the mod.
