However, if you mean that serious that civilian and military nuke tech is so very different and that the two are not linked, and if you really cannot remember the concerns voiced by even the very tame IAEA last year, and if you really believe that Iran does not want nuclear weapon technology, then you are very - hm, the only correct description would be: naive. Iran has violated IAEA regulations and has restricted IAEA inspectors' access to vital parts of their nuclear program. Therefore, they have voided their right to peaceful nuclear energy under the NPT.
