Yes, JScones said long ago that he would not be making one for SH4. That makes it at least reasonably certain that he won't.

Skwasjer said long ago that he would be making something similar for SH4. He has been very busy with other projects, however, and there has been no progress that we have been informed of. There are rumors of other projects, but none substantiated as of this time.

So don't hold your breath.
