Im playing RFB with RSRDC, I was stationed out of Manilla, then out of Surabaya and then Freemantle, when I returned from my last patrol to freemantle I was offered a new sub, Gato Class, but I guess I had to pick it up at Pearl because When I left for my next patrol I was based at Pearl. I dont mind having my base switched back to pearl however, my mission is sending me to the Celebes Sea (Im assuming its thinking I was still based out of Freemantle) Coming from pearl is going to give me only a few days of fuel on station in that area. I tried to get a transfer but no go... Needless to say I wont be patrolling that area, I headed for Japan.

How many patrols do you have to do to qualify for a transfer, also, if you turn down the new sub are you given an option again to take it or is it a one time deal?
