I actually like the controls in German. More immersion. My ship guide is now in German also.

If you want the sounds but not the German text, easy way is to first copy your sound folder to a different location as a back up. Then after unzipping Thomsen's sound mod, just drag his sound folder into your SH3 folder and let it over write the files. That way you have the new sounds without the German text and if you want to go back just use your backup folder you copied.
