Yeah, so they are indeed similar, aside from the disk part. But really, the whole "you must be connected to the Internet anyway" deal should not be any more frustrating than COH's system.

are in control. The only thing that will stop you is if your ISP goes down temporarily or if your connection goes kaput for good. And if the first one is happening, get some patience and wait for your ISP to boot back up. If the first one happens, go out and buy another connection because it's not their fault it died.
It's really not that bad of a system. The problem is people expecting all their wants to be catered to, but you will always have to give in to a few of the devs requirements if you want to game-on. It's as simple as that.
Inevitably, curiousity and temptation take hold. Seeing those juicy screenshots, I know quite a few people who are bitching about the system will give in.
