It will not unionize the whole country. There are plenty of companies that take care of their employees and the employees are happy. They do not have to pay the barn boss monthly to 'look out' for them. I work as a contractor in an agency that is a contractor to larger corporation that only hires on contractors. I'm just one of many companies like this.
