Bull.

1. You ALWAYS have the freedom to seek another job if working in a union shop is so repulsive to you. Even in the unlikely event there was one, no pre-existing contract or non compete agreement would remain valid. Everything would have to be renegotiated.

2. A majority of the workers have to agree to unionize before it happens. You know, the same way elections are run?

3. You would have the opportunity to convince your fellow workers that the negatives of unionizing outweigh the benefits.
