Well, this still doesn't apply:
NVidia makes mobility drivers. It just doesn't work on non-nvidia proprietary hardware. The point being, this is not NVidia spec hardware. It is Dell borrowing a GPU from NVidia and making a non-standard (probably lacking in features too) vid proc.
