Hello Neal, I'm not 100% on this, but it looks really similar to something that happened to me way back when i first tried to install GWX2.0. If i remember right mine had to do with forgetting to roll back SH3Cmdr before i did a clean install of GWX.
I dont know if this helps. I'll bet Jaeson knows for sure though.
