That graphics mod works equally well with 1.4 and 1.5. I installed it in 1.5 yesterday as a matter of fact. I really like it a lot. For some reason you need a reinstall. You can do it and save your games etc. After you reinstall, copy the whole shooting match over to a directory called something like "\Pristeen SH4 1.4" and write protect it. This way you can always restore files or the whole thing without reinstalling. Just copy into your game directory and you're good to go!
