Does anyone else share my suspicions after reading various reports that some people in the Pakistan government were culpable in this attack?

According to reports the Pakistand team bus that day left 5 minutes later than the Sri Lankan bus, there were 24 armed officers guarding the Sri Lankan bus but they couldn't hit anything and the road from hotel to stadium was lined with armed police yet the terrorists got past them and the police did nothing when it kicked off.

I smell a large rat.
