I guess this is step is not necessary since I never made a tranfer manually and never got a problem with that. The game simply gives message that the base have changed to Kiel. |
Not strictly necessary but IIRC you will still be in Konigsberg on 2nd patrol
A long way to go to the Atlantic
Base will change to Kiel after Sept 1st
