The officers were thick to think that it would be ok, as they were being filmed.
A guy who was a former police officer and is becomeing a train driver with me said they had the same set up here in NSW, but there was no sound so they would stand out of view and taunt the prisoner. They would go nuts, but the reason why was never recorded!
