You won't need a car, the airport is only 5 miles from the hotel. McBeck will supply us with metro info.
We have targeted the Hotel CABINN City as our barracks. The rates are on the Meeting activity page. We are not ready to book rooms yet, stand by for that in a few weeks.
Here is a the direct route from the airport to the Hotel.
As you can see, it's a short taxi ride, and metro is available.
