Ukko is the Zeus/Thor kind of God in Finnish mythology.
More proper would have been:
106. When Santa comes to Finland to deliver gifts, he finds the first pub, gets drunk, gets arrested, (I dont think there's been one Christmas when I havent seen Santa get put to a squad car) his elves deliver the gifts, they dont go in to the homes, but leave the bags outside. Then it's the dad's task to dress up like Santa and give the gifts.
